Stopping the republication of terrorism propaganda and reducing hate speech

Journalism’s first duty is to inform and expose. But, as Channel 4 News’ Dorothy Byrne and City University’s Zahera Harb discuss,  journalists have to balance that with the knowledge that terrorists and other sources of propaganda attempt to use news organisations as a vehicle for hate speech and inciting violence.
