Lucy Hooberman UK Committee Member

Lucy Hooberman has been a member of the EJN’s UK Committee of advisors since its inception in January 2021.

Lucy is Professor of Digital Media and Innovation at Warwick University.  She produced, directed and commissioned factual programmes for Channel 4 and the BBC, before migrating to the web in 1998.  She spent ten years in the BBC blue-sky R&D team which supported the move into digital across all the divisions, before being invited to set up an innovation lab to support Creative and Digital SME’s in the West Midlands based at Warwick University. She is also a member of BAFTA and the RSA. She is also currently a Visiting Scholar at Wolfson College Oxford in the Oxford Centre for Life-Writing.
