• U kojoj mjeri koristi govorniku i njegovim interesima?
• Da li namjerno cilja da nanese štetu drugima?

• Da li je govor opasan?
• Da li može podstaći nasilje prema drugima ?

5. OKOLNA KLIMA SOCIJALNA/EKONOMSKA/POLITIČKA

• Na koga može negativno utjecati?
• Da li postoje istorijske predispozicije sukoba ili diskriminacije
