The image of Alan Kurdi, the Syrian toddler who was found drowned on a beach in Turkey, is indelible. Nearly two years after his death the image is stuck in the minds of many. The photo became a symbol of the refugee crisis and the widespread international apathy up until that moment in time. Sea of Pictures is a documentary that focuses on that image.
