INSIDE ETHICS BLOG:
Taking sides in the age of Trump

Does your news organisation need an ethical audit?

Greetings from Kampala, where this week the EJN is organising a workshop for central and east African journalists on migration and hate speech, as well as trialing a new teaching module for media ethics. For updates follow us on twitter and look out for next week's newsletter.

Earlier this week, the EJN's Director Aidan White and board member Bernt Olufsen met leading editors in Serbia and Kosovo to discuss internal governance and other ways to build trust in media. You can download the ethical audit they have been using as part our Western Balkans work and use it your newsroom.

Massive thanks to the German and Russian EJN supporters who have offered to translate the hate speech test and migration reporting guidelines into their languages. You can now find our resources in over 15 languages on our website.
