Migration reporting training for journalism students

On 7 April 2016 EJN Co-ordinator Oona Solberg presented the findings of the EJN’s recent Moving Stories report, which reviews how international media cover migration to Global Journalism Masters students at NLA University College (Gimlekollen) in Kristiansand in the south of Norway.

NLA University College, a private Christian college with four campuses, is the third-largest private higher education institution in Norway, with approximately 2000 students. The university’s new 2 year masters programme in Global Journalism is open to both Nordic and international, with current students coming from Ethiopia, Nepal, Latvia and Norway.
